About us

Gourmet Express provides delicious home cooked food for those who perhaps don't have time to prepare it themselves, or just need a break from the kitchen.

We always endeavour to use high quality ingredients from as local source as possible in all our food. Our lamb and beef is sourced from the Peak District National Park, and all our chicken is free range and British.

By combining Emma's 20 years of experience as a chef in restaurants and  yachts around the world and Louise's experience of farming in the Peak District, we are able to create high quality ready prepared meals, using as many local ingredients as possible and promoting where we can, British farmers. We also avoid the use of colourings, flavourings, preservatives so we provide food that is as wholesome as it is tasty.
