Emma Glossop has over 20 years of experience as a chef cooking in restaurants and yachts around the world and has been catering in the Peak District for the last 8 years.
I always endeavour to use high quality ingredients from as local as possible in all my food. The lamb and beef is all sourced from the Peak District National Park, and all the chicken is free range and British.
I offer a wide choice of delicious and exciting menus with options to suit all palates. I can also adapt my menus to cater for any special dietary requirements.
